Amalia Calligraphy SRL is the company that manages the domain www.amaliacalligraphy.com and its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as “Website”).
Your access, visit and use of this website is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use and implies your explicit acceptance, without limitation regarding them. Any other agreements between you and Amalia Calligraphy SRL are replaced by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which represent the entire agreement (contract) between the parties.
Amalia Calligraphy as Author and Administrator of the website www.amaliacalligraphy.com reserves the right to change, update and revise at any time, without prior notice, the content of this website, as well as these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or Shop Policy by updating them. Therefore, please visit this section periodically to check the terms and conditions you have agreed to abide by.
This Website is protected by copyright and is protected by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights and the laws on intellectual and industrial property. Any text or graphic material that you copy, print, or download is licensed by Amalia Calligraphy SRL exclusively for personal, non-commercial use, so you do not modify or delete the copyright notice, trademark or other intellectual property notices. The content of the Website (texts, descriptions of products and services, technical characteristics, images, symbols) is fully owned by Amalia Calligraphy SRL and the producers, distributors of products and providers of published services.
The use without prior specific consent of Amalia Calligraphy SRL of any of the elements listed above is punished according to the legislation in force.
All information used to describe the Products and/or Services available on the Website (images, presentations, videos etc.) does not represent a contractual obligation for Amalia Calligraphy SRL, these being used exclusively as a presentation.
Any customer is allowed to place an Order on this Website. By launching an Order on the Website, the Client agrees with the form of communication agreed by Amalia Calligraphy (e-mail). The Contract/Agreement is considered concluded between Amalia Calligraphy SRL and the Client upon receipt of the order confirmation notification send by email to the Client.
Once added to the shopping cart, a Product and/or a Service is available for purchase to the extent that there is stock available for it. The addition of a Good/Service in the shopping cart, in the absence of completing the Order, does not entail the registration of an order, implicitly also the automatic reservation of the Good/Service. By completing the Order, the Customer agrees that all data provided, that are necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the date of placing the Order. By completing the Order, the Client agrees that Amalia Calligraphy SRL can contact the Client, by any means available or agreed by Amalia Calligraphy, in any situation in which it is necessary to contact the Client.
Amalia Calligraphy may cancel an Order placed by the Client, following a prior notification addressed to him, without any subsequent obligation of any party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other party in the following cases: the data provided by the Client on the Website are incomplete and/or incorrect; because the invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by Amalia Calligraphy SRL, in case of online payment; if of a non-acceptance of the transaction by the issuing bank of the Client’s card, in case of online payment. In case it cannot execute the Contract/Agreement because the Product is not available Amalia Calligraphy will inform the Client about this situation. Amalia Calligraphy may deliver to the Client a similar Product having the same price, in case the initially requested Product is not available, only after informing and with the Client’s consent.
Prices of the Product and/or Services presented on the Website are expressed in 3 different currencies (USD, EURO and Lei) and represent the final purchase price. The currencies are displayed considering your geographic area. The prices may be modified by Amalia Calligraphy SRL at any time, without notice.
We ship all international orders via DHL and the parcel usually arrives within 3 to 10 business days from shipment, depending on the distance. Shipping fees are applied at check out. We will ensure the proper packaging of the Products and once the parcel is shipped, we are no longer responsible for it and we cannot refund for a purchase that is lost or damaged while in transit to the buyer. Please make sure to provide a correct and complete shipping address!
The client will inform the artist if they want to purchase shipping insurance. By default, this is not included. Amalia Calligraphy is not responsible for damaged, lost or delayed shipments. Customs/duties/taxes may be charged to customers at the discretion of the border officials, and this is beyond Amalia Calligraphy control.
The delivery is considered fulfilled by Amalia Calligraphy SRL at the moment of delivering the ordered Products to the Customer at the address selected by him at the moment of placing the Order. The delivery details of the Products / Services including, but not limited to the time necessary for delivery, do not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of Amalia Calligraphy SRL, without any party being able to claim damages from the other party, if any party can be or is prejudiced in any way as a result of their violation.
Once an order is confirmed the items for shipment in 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated on the website due to closure of the studio or bank holidays. Online payments are processed by Stripe and for special situations payments can be made through bank transfers, with prior consent and agreement. For these situations a pro forma invoice will be issued.
For wedding and event stationery orders a separate contract will regulate all terms and conditions.

As a user, you agree not to do the following: to publish materials containing viruses or other programs with the intention of destroying this system or any information that is part of this system; to publish copyrighted material, if you are not the author or if you do not have the author’s assent to publish that material; to publish defamatory, obscene, threatening or malicious materials towards another user, materials or information prohibited by the legal provisions in force; to publish an image or a statement that contravenes the legal norms in force.
By accessing the contact form through which you transmit your personal data in order to place online orders as well as to participate in various actions (information, promotional, advertising, entertainment, etc.) organized by Amalia Calligraphy SRL, you declare that you agree that personal data requested to be collected, stored and processed by Amalia Calligraphy SRL.

These Terms and Conditions and the use of this Website are governed by the laws of Romania. In case of litigation, an amicable settlement will be tried first, within 30 (thirty) working days from the registration of the complaint to Amalia Calligraphy SRL. The competent courts from Amalia Calligraphy SRL headquarters will be competent to resolve all disputes that will arise from or will refer to or will be related to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and / or the content of the Website.
Please consider the online course is also a digital product. This course opens few times per year and can be fulfilled at your pace, as your schedule allows. Full access to the course curriculum will be available at a date fixed as the official opening of the course. Once you purchase this online course, you have lifetime access to it, so it’s up to you to decide when to follow the classes, when to pause or go through the course again whenever you need. Nevertheless, if you desire to learn alongside other students, Amalia will provide a recommended schedule for you to follow. Since the official opening of the course, Amalia will be providing you 3 months of support. You can post your work in our private community and ask questions. Every once a week Amalia will login and deal with your questions and provide answers and solutions inside the private community group. Once a month we will host a live session to interact and clarify things out. For each live session 2 different hours will be available for you to choose one, so that we can interact and reach the students living in different time zones.
You can purchase the online course and have instant and complete access to the course right away, without having to wait for the official opening. In this case you start totally on your own and we are ok with that! Therefore, you can benefit of a smaller rate for this course. This means you are not going to be included in any private community of any course sessions, nor will you have access to the weekly feedback we provide our students throughout the 3 months of learning time we spend together. You are completely on your own, you learn at your pace and have no feedback from us. Nevertheless, if you change your mind, you can always upgrade to the regular version, that include the weekly general feedback on the community group that is closer to your request date, or you can purchase the individual 3 sessions feedback pack, or both, depending on what you think is best for you.
